- 5 – 7 pcs. Over ripe banana saba
- 5 Cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp. Salt
- 3 tbsp. Oil
- 2 cups of Water
- Slice the banana into thin slice.
- Sauté garlic until slightly burn for more flavors.
- Add water, slice banana and salt then cook for 5 minutes.
- If banana is already soften then it is already cook.
- Serve while hot.
