Suam na Saging(Ginisang Saging) My Lola at Lola Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 5 – 7 pcs. Over ripe banana saba
  • 5 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp. Salt
  • 3 tbsp. Oil
  • 2 cups of Water

Procedures:

  1. Slice the banana into thin slice.
  2. Sauté garlic until slightly burn for more flavors.
  3. Add water, slice banana and salt then cook for 5 minutes.
  4. If banana is already soften then it is already cook.
  5. Serve while hot.
