Potato Cakes

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 kg of potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup and 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs
  • 150 grams of creme cheese
  • 3 tsp of garlic salt
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of pepper
  • 2-3 tsp of paprika
  • oil for frying

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Peel and boil the potatoes. Drain and let the potatoes remain in the pan. Mash them. Chop the onion and garlic in a mini chopper and mix together with the mash. In with the creme cheese and spices. When everything is mixed well, you put in your bread crums and stir. Then you will find a pan, turn the heat on and put some oil. Then begin to shape the mash into balls and fry them in a pan.
  2. Serve hot, so they still are delicious and crunchy.
