How to Make Mushroom Sauce (Jollibee Style)

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup of Flour
  • 1 pc. Beef nor Cubes
  • 1 can of Mushroom
  • 1/8 cup of Butter
  • 1 tsp. of Pepper
  • 1 cup of Water

Procedures:

  1. In a heated pan put the remaining flour and stir until a little brown in color.
  2. Add the butter and mix well until become a roux. Add water and the beef cubes. Stir until the sauce is thickened and lastly add the slice mushroom.
  3. Cook for 5 – 10 minutes until creamy and saucy.
  4. Serve with the banana blossom burger fatty. Enjoy
