How to Make Malunggay Lemon Juice / Healthy Drinks

Ingredients:

  • Malunggay Leaves
  • 1 liter of Water
  • ½ cup of Honey or Sugar
  • 2 Lemons

 

Procedures:

  1. Prepared all ingredients and shredding the malunggay leaves.
  2. Put into cooking pot the malunggay and water then boiled it into 10 – 20 minutes. Set aside.
  3. Filter the malunggay juice using strainer and wait to cool.
  4. Slice the lemons and set aside.
  5. Mix it into pitcher the malunggay juice, lemon and honey then add ice to make it cold and refreshing.
  6. Serve the healthy Malunggay lemon juice.
