- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup cocoa powder
- 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon iodized salt
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cup corn oil or canola oil
- tablespoon plain white vinegar
- 1 cup room temp water
- molder and cupcake liner
- Homemade Icing (See the recipes)
- Sprinkles for toppings
1 In a mixing bowl combined all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
2 Add brown sugar, oil, water and white vinegar.
3 Mix until combined.
4 Strain the mixture, to remove the lumps.
5 Pour 1/8 cup on a molder lined with cupcakes liner.
6 Arrange into steamer and steam the cupcakes in low heat for 20-25mins or until almost firm.
7 Let it cool before you put a frosting.
8 Serve and Enjoy!!!
