- 5 eggplants
- 6 eggs
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 3 tomatoes
- Salt and pepper
- Wash and prepare all the ingredients.
- Chopped the tomato, onion and garlic.
- Beat the egg with salt and pepper. And set aside
- Grilled the eggplant and let it cool and peeled.
- Sauté the onion, tomato and garlic mixture until cooked.
- Heat the pan with oil.
- Mashed the eggplant with egg mixture and put in heated pan with oil and top with onion tomato mixture.
