Ingredients
- 3 bundles of okra
- 2 salted eggs
- 3 clove Garlic
- ½ tsp. Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Chili (optional)
Instructions
- Slice the okra
- Separate the egg white and egg yolk of salted egg. Chopped
- Slice mince the garlic.
- In a pan pour the oil and sauté the garlic
- Add the salted egg yolk, sauté.
- Then add the slice okra, mix well
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover for a minute.
- Don’t over cooked, make the okra crunchy
- Lastly add the salted egg white and sili.
- Mix well and serve with rice. Enjoy!
