How to Cook Sarsiadong Isda Recipe

Ingredients:

 

  • 5 pieces Fried Fish
  • 2 pieces Egg
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp. Salt and Pepper
  • 1 liter Water
  • 2 tbsp. Fish sauce
  • Oil for Frying and Sautéing

 

Procedures:

 

  1. Seasoned the Fish and Fry.
  2. While Frying Cut the Tomato, Onion and Garlic
  3. Beat the Egg and Seasoned with Salt and Pepper
  4. Sauté the Tomato, Onion and Garlic
  5. Add 1 Liter of Water and let it boil.
  6. Add the Fried Fish and Egg
  7. Seasoned with Remaining Salt, pepper and fish sauce.
  8. Serve with Hot White Rice and enjoy.
