Ingredients:
- 5 pieces Fried Fish
- 2 pieces Egg
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp. Salt and Pepper
- 1 liter Water
- 2 tbsp. Fish sauce
- Oil for Frying and Sautéing
Procedures:
- Seasoned the Fish and Fry.
- While Frying Cut the Tomato, Onion and Garlic
- Beat the Egg and Seasoned with Salt and Pepper
- Sauté the Tomato, Onion and Garlic
- Add 1 Liter of Water and let it boil.
- Add the Fried Fish and Egg
- Seasoned with Remaining Salt, pepper and fish sauce.
- Serve with Hot White Rice and enjoy.
