How to Cook Pork Ribs Sinigang

Ingredients:

 

  • 1kg Pork Ribs
  • 2 pieces Tomato
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Okra/Lady finger
  • 1 Eggplant
  • 1 Radish
  • 1 Sunchokes
  • 2 pieces green chili pepper
  • 1 String beans
  • 1 Kangkong/Water Spinach
  • 1 Knorr Tamarind Powder
  • ΒΌ cup Fish Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 2 Liter Water

Procedures:

  1. Cut all the vegetables
  2. Put water in a medium pot together with tomato, onion, garlic, and Seasoned with Fish Sauce and Salt/Pepper.
  3. Bring to boil and skim off scum
  4. Add Sunchokes and wait 10 mins. to cook.
  5. Add all remaining vegetables except water spinach.
  6. Add Water Spinach and Seasoned with Tamarind Powder.
  7. Serve with rice and enjoy!
