How to Cook Lechon Paksiw Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Left over pork lechon
  • Sweet Liver Sauce
  • 2 tbs. Sugar
  • ¼ cup Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Salt and Pepper
  • Onion
  • Green chili
  • Bay leaf or laurel
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • 3 cups Water

Procedure:

  1. Sauté Onion and Garlic
  2. Add the Green Chili and bay leaf
  3. Add Left over Pork Lechon
  4. Stir well and then add the water.
  5. Put Sweet liver sauce and Vinegar.
  6. Seasoned with Sugar, Salt and Pepper to taste.
  7. Serve with White Rice. Enjoy!
