- Left over pork lechon
- Sweet Liver Sauce
- 2 tbs. Sugar
- ¼ cup Vinegar
- 1 tsp. Salt and Pepper
- Green chili
- Bay leaf or laurel
- 3 cups Water
- Sauté Onion and Garlic
- Add the Green Chili and bay leaf
- Add Left over Pork Lechon
- Stir well and then add the water.
- Put Sweet liver sauce and Vinegar.
- Seasoned with Sugar, Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Serve with White Rice. Enjoy!
