How-to-cook-Buttered Vegetables

Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • Snow peas ( sitsaro )
  • Carrots, peeled and diced
  • Canned corn kernals, well drained
  • Sayote, peeled and cube
  • Meldted butter ( low – fat, if preferred )
  • Combined salt and water

Instructions

  1. Cooking Instructions:
  2. Put 3 cups of salted water in a saucepan.
  3. Boil vegetables separately until tender but crisp, drain.
  4. Combine vegetables in a bowl.
  5. Coat and toss in butter.
  6. Transfer to serving platter.
