- 1 kl. all purpose Flour
- ¼ kl. Brown Sugar
- 1 pc. grated coconut
- 2 cups water
- 1 spoon yeast
- Mix grated coconut, sugar, water, yeast, flour and mix well.
- Allow and leave it spare for an hour before shaping it into an oblong or slippers like shapes banana leaf.
- Shape it apart each leaf and put it into cook after.
