How to Make Avocado Tuna Salad
  • 1-2 avocados, sliced
  • 1 can tuna flakes in oil, drained
  • 1 large cucumber, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • ΒΌ cup parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  1. In a mixing bowl, place all ingredients. Mix well until all ingredients are well combined.
  2. Serve as a side salad or eat as a whole-meal. Enjoy your avocado tuna salad!
