Home-made Buko Pandan Ice Candy Recipe
 
Ingredients
  • 1 pc. buko fruit
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 2 cups of cornstarch
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • buko pandan flavored gulaman
Instructions
  1. Boil 1 and ½ litter of water in a pot.
  2. Pour condensed milk then stir.
  3. When boiling you add the coconut water and the sugar.
  4. Mix the cornstarch with water.
  5. Add the cornstarch into the pot.
  6. Wait until the water become thick.
  7. Let it cool for 2-3 hrs.
  8. Start making your DIY ice candy and place them on your refrigerator.
